Idea #3

This third idea is a narrative that revolves around a character who is fighting against social norms of gender and size. At its root, the story would essentially be the argument that there is nothing you cannot do, if you are willing to die for it. The main character is a young girl who fights a giant.

Idea #2

In a nutshell, this idea involves wheat-pasting single frames of animation in public places, photographing them, and then compositing or editing them together to create a film. The subject of the film would be the concept of crossing boundaries and disregarding thresholds. The process of the film would also be reflective of the subject.

Idea #1

This first idea proposes using projected image mapping of 2-D animation, 3-D animation, still images, and video onto fountains, buildings, and trees (ideally one of each) on the USC campus. The idea would be to bring these innocuous, static structures to life in a way that would break up the routine of the day-to-day passerby. Hopefully, this would allow the viewers/passerby to redefine the spaces of their every day life.
